The softness and specific texture of the fabric helps the headband stay in place. The 3-in-1 Twisted Turban Style Headband can be worn in three different ways: the gathering of the headband can be worn in the front, to the side or turned to the back.

Machine washable, lay out to dry.

Shipping: 
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed and given to the shipping courier. Please see FAQs for further information on shipping. 

Pickup:
Free pickup is available for customers in the Springfield, Missouri area! In your cart, please make a note that you would like to pick up in the "special instructions for seller box." From there, you will check out with shipping costs but this cost will be refunded back to your account. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up with further instructions on location and time via email.

Shipping Disclaimer: 
All packages under 13 ounces ship USPS first class with tracking included but no insurance due to the high added cost. It is so uncommon that an order gets lost or damaged that we do not want to charge such a high amount for shipping.  Insurance is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you cannot afford to lose. How is Lilac Market responding to Covid-19?

As Covid-19 spreads we are taking safety measures to protect our team and customers.  The impact of this virus is still unknown, and we want to make sure we do our part at Lilac Market.  At this time, our team will continue to send out your orders. We are encouraging our team members to stay home if they feel unwell or have been in contact with anyone who is ill. Any associate that is ill or has symptoms is able to take time off. We have also maximized cleaning measures at the office to ensure safe product shipping. The World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have stated that the likelihood of novel Coronavirus contaminating cardboard or other shipping containers is low. When will my order ship?
As our capacity has been reduced by these changes, our promised delivery dates have been extended. Once your order has been placed, please allow 5  business days for orders to be processed and given to the shipping courier.

These changes are temporary measures to ensure that we can deliver on commitments to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience these measures may cause to the delivery of your orders through our site.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please note it can take 5 business days for your order to process and be passed on to the shipping courier.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! As always, international shipping times are based upon location of the delivery. Our international orders are shipped via USPS and typically take between 1-2 weeks to be delivered once they have left our facility. Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! During the checkout process for “shipping address,” you can select an APO/FPO address under U.S. Armed Forces in the State dropdown.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We accept domestic exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Meaning please don’t sweat it in first. Any merchandise considered to be worn or damaged upon return may not be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final. We only accept returns and exchanges from items purchased online. Please email us at info.lilacmarketheadbands.com to start a return. In the rare case of a product defect, please include photos of the issue. Once the returned item(s) is received, we will ship the exchange or issue your refund as requested. 

Can international orders be returned?
At this time we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders.

International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes can vary, so please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
