DO YOU HAVE EXTENDED RETURNS FOR BLACK FRIDAY?:

Yes – you can shop with confidence thanks to our extended returns. Anything purchased between November 25th and December 25th will have an extended returns date of January 31, 2023 (some restrictions may apply to discontinued or limited prints and all returns must still meet our regular return policy. Excludes all Lilac Packs,  Lilac Snaps and Lilac Market Shirts).

I ORDERED THE WRONG PRINT - CAN I EXCHANGE IT BEFORE IT SHIPS?:

While it may be possible, any errors made to the order may not be able to be changed once the purchase is complete. And your original discount may not be able to be applied if it has expired.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SIGN UP FOR EMAIL OR TEXTS AND GET THE EXCLUSIVE DEALS AFTER BLACK FRIDAY STARTS?:

WHEN DOES THE SALE START?:

Our sales will start the day after Thanksgiving. We’ve been known to launch our Black Friday offers early so make sure you are signed up to our email & SMS list above to receive first notifications on when the deals are live.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES AT ONCE?:

NO. Our system does not allow for multiple codes to be stacked on top of each other, so plan your purchases appropriately. If you do attempt to stack codes, our system will automatically choose the best deal for you based on the codes you entered.

WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF TIME FOR THE SALE I WANTED?:

All Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals will have an expiration time, and will no longer be available once they expire.

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT THE SALE WON'T APPLY TO?:

Sales will not apply to our donation collections: St. Jude Runs and Hot Mess Express. These collections are excluded from all sales so that as much of the purchase can be donated as possible.
