I did not love all the headbands that they sent & they would not allow a return for the Mystery Box.

We're so sorry that you did not love your Mystery Box. We do everything we can to choose prints that we think you'll love, either based on your past orders if you have any or an order note. We also tried to make our policy on mystery packs clear in the product page and our returns policy, since some items can either be exclusive or no longer available, which is half the fun of our mystery box! We hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
