When will my order ship?
Once your order has been placed, please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and given to the shipping courier.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for your order to process and be passed on to the shipping courier.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! As always, international shipping times are based upon location of the delivery. Our international orders are shipped via USPS and typically take between 1-2 weeks to be delivered once they have left our facility. Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?
Want to avoid shipping costs? Free pickup is available for customers in the Springfield, Missouri area! In your cart, please make a note that you would like to pick up in the "special instructions for seller box." From there, you will check out with shipping costs but this cost will be refunded back to your account. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up with further instructions on location and time via email.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! During the checkout process for “shipping address,” you can select an APO/FPO address under U.S. Armed Forces in the State dropdown.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. Meaning please don’t sweat it in first. You must return your product within 14 days of the product being shipped. Please email us at info.lilacmarketheadbands.com to start a return. In the rare case of a product defect, please include photos of the issue.

Can international orders be returned?
At this time we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders.

International Customs & Duties
International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes can vary, so please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
All packages under 13 ounces ship USPS first class with tracking included but no insurance due to the high added cost. It is so uncommon that an order gets lost or damaged that we do not want to charge such a high amount for shipping.  Insurance is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you cannot afford to lose. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us and know that it is an extra $4-$5 per order. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via USPS or incorrect shipping information. Any shipping issues will need to be handled by USPS. Please reach out to us if you have any other issues concerning shipping.
