SIZE, STYLES & CARE

Women/Men: Adult (3.5" at widest part)
Child: 4-10 yr old (3" at widest part)
Toddler: 1-3 yr old (3" at widest part)
Baby: 0-1 yr old (2.5" at widest part) - Our headbands are designed to be worn multiple ways! Check out our 3 Ways to Wear here.
- Wash headbands in delicate cycle. Hang dry.
DISCOUNT CODES & SALE ITEMS
- Discount codes must be applied prior to completing checkout.
- Multiple discount codes cannot be used within one order.
- Discount codes may not apply to discounted, sale, pack or donation items.
- Mystery packs are based on current inventory and cannot be exchanged.
- Sale, discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns.
SHIPPING & LOCAL PICK UP
- Processing + shipping times are estimated at checkout.
- Processing times vary and are posted live on our website, and do not include shipping times.
- Shipping times vary by location - see map below for current USPS average estimates (does not include delays due to weather, holidays, postal issues, etc).
- For faster shipping options, email us at info@lilacmarketheadbands.com once you've purchased.
- Paying for shipping once you have qualified for free shipping does not expedite your order.
- Free shipping applies automatically to US orders $55+, and international orders $100+.
- International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Local pick up is available at our Battlefield, MO location only. Select "Pick up" during checkout, and you will receive an email with instructions once the order is complete.
- We do not offer same-day local pick up.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order or noting an issue.
- Missing packages (packages that are marked as delivered but you don't have them): you must contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery in order for us to further assist.
- Damaged packages: contact us with photos of the damage so we can replace any damaged items if we have the inventory, or refund you.
- Shipping address entered incorrectly:, it may result in additional shipping charges to get your order to the correct address.

Stolen packages: local shipping issues will need to be handled by your local postal couriers.
LILAC REWARDS PROGRAM
- You must have a rewards account prior to purchasing, as we cannot retroactively add points from previous orders.
- You must order with the same email address used for rewards in order for points to apply.
- You must manually redeem rewards of your choosing within your account.
