In collaboration with favorite labor & delivery nurse Jen Hamilton, this special release was brought to life through years of real-world experience, long shifts, and knowing exactly what healthcare professionals need from the accessories they wear every day. Designed alongside Jen with comfort, coverage, and all-day function in mind, these scrub caps were thoughtfully created for the people who spend their days caring for others.

Lilac Market Scrub Caps were created from the need for workwear that actually keeps up—caps that stay put, feel incredible, and bring a little personality to every shift. So we thoughtfully designed one that works as hard as you do—and feels as good as it looks.

Each piece is designed in Springfield, Missouri using our signature buttery-soft, ultra-stretch fabric that feels lightweight, breathable, and comfortable for all-day wear. The Tie:
For the best fit, we recommend placing your hair in a low to medium bun or ponytail before securing. The adjustable back ties allow for a personalized fit while comfortably accommodating buns, ponytails, braids, and fuller hairstyles.

While The Tie fits most, it’s especially loved by those with thicker, longer, or higher-volume hair who prefer a more customizable fit throughout long shifts.
