We are happy to return or exchange any incorrect or damaged products. If we are at fault, we will simply ship you a new product. If you received the wrong print or the product was damaged, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of this for you. All items must be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you simply are not happy with the product and would like to return for a refund or exchange the item:
Please start by sending us an email at email@example.com informing us that you plan to return or exchange your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This can take up to two weeks depending on your bank.
