Necessary for mask-wearers! Easy on/off, and these actually help the headband stay in place even better than it does; mine sometimes slip back just a wee bit but these are so valuable for so many reasons.

A quick tip on the slip: try wearing the knot to the back with the wide part of the band facing the front (this is how our athletes prefer to wear them). And just make sure it's touching skin somewhere, that helps it stay put better than on a slick surface like hair. Hope that helps and thanks so much for sharing!
