Return/Exchange Policy

We offer free domestic returns if you're not satisfied with your purchase.

We only accept domestic exchanges, returns and refund requests that have been postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is not postmarked within 14 days of receipt, your refund or exchange for the return will be denied. If your refund is denied and you would rather take your purchase back, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges and returns must be in new condition (meaning tried on, but not worn or washed). Any merchandise considered to be worn, washed or damaged upon return may not be refunded or exchanged.

All sale, discounted or discontinued items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges may be available if your headband does not meet your expectations due to color or size. After initiating the return via email, a prepaid return label will be sent to you for the return.
However, the shipping costs of the exchanged new product will be invoiced to you upon receipt and acceptance of the returned product.

If you choose to ship the item on your own (without using our prepaid label), you are responsible for the cost of shipment for both your return and new product.

All Mystery Packs for both Women and Child sizes are final and cannot be exchanged. We cannot verify or replace what is in each individual pack for you (that's part of the mystery!).

Once we receive your return and if approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This can take up to 5 business days depending on your bank. You must initiate a refund within 14 postmarked days of receiving your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Start by reviewing your banking statement and/or contacting your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

We are happy to return or exchange any incorrect or damaged products. If we are at fault, we will simply ship you a new product. If you received the wrong print or the product was damaged, please send us an email at with photos of the product and your and we will take care of this for you.

Pick up Local

Free pick up is available for customers near the Battlefield, Missouri area! When viewing the cart section before entering checkout, just below the headbands listed in your cart, click "Add Order Note". A text box will appear. This is the section where you'll put "Pick up". From there, you will check out with shipping costs but this cost will be refunded back to your account once your order is ready. You will be notified when your order is ready to be picked up with further instructions on location and time via email. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before being available for pick up (any orders placed after 3PM CST will begin processing the next business day). We do not offer same-day or next-day pick up.

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed before being given to the shipping courier (any orders placed after 3PM CST will begin processing the next business day).

How long does shipping take?
We use First-Class Mail through USPS, and their shipping times average 2-5 business days according to their policies and depending on where you live. However, these times are completely dependent on USPS delays due to COVID-19, holidays, your location, order size, etc. Update: USPS is experiencing delays in addition to their increased shipping times; please note the above shipping map for USPS domestic shipping estimations and note that shipping times at checkout may vary.

Can I pay for faster shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an option for faster shipping. Our standard rate is First-Class mail through USPS. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 business days after the typical processing time (2-5 business days, totaling up to 10 business days). Purchasing shipping in your order after qualifying for free shipping does not expedite your order.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking information. You can also track your order directly from our website with either your order number and email or your USPS tracking number here:


Shipping Internationally

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! As always, international shipping times are based upon location of the delivery. Our international orders are shipped via USPS and typically take between 1-2 weeks to be delivered once they have left our facility. Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my international order?
USPS tracking will show up to the last major postal hub it was in the United States before exiting the country. It's normal for tracking updates to stop through USPS until it has been delivered to its destination. However, most countries offer their own country's shipment tracking (for example, Canada Post), where you can enter your USPS tracking number there to watch its progress. There is no set time for customs acceptance and your order cannot be tracked while it is in customs. Time in customs is not included in the shipping times. For Canadian orders, you may choose UPS shipping at checkout, which includes tracking and insurance.

Shipping Disclaimer:
All packages under 13 ounces ship USPS First-Class Mail with tracking included. Since lost or damaged orders are extremely rare, insurance is not automatically provided due to the high added cost, however it is available to add to any order. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us at with the understanding that it is an extra $4-$5 per order to add insurance.

We are not responsible for delivery errors or delays via USPS, nor are we responsible for replacing any uninsured lost packages. Any shipping issues will need to be handled by USPS as we have no control over the package once it's been handed over to the shipping courier. We are not able to track your order with anything other than your tracking number. Beyond that, we can only file a Missing Mail claim once it has been more than 7 days since the package was received by USPS. Missing Mail claims do not expedite or guarantee delivery. Please reach out to us if you have any other concerns regarding shipping.

If your shipping address is entered incorrectly, it may result in shipping errors that cannot be fixed and/or additional shipping charges to get your order to the correct address.
