Broke after 2 wears. Cheaply made.

We're so sorry to hear about the clip breaking. While we do not make the clip itself, the metal Lilac Clips are the strongest and have been very reliable, so I'm guessing there was an unseen fault in the one you received. We've sent you a replacement and hope you'll love it!
